Lowongan Assistant Manager- HR, Admin & Purchasing (Medan)-PT Nirvana Memorial Nusantara
- Accountable for payroll administration and reporting matters.
- Responsible for employment administration and reporting matters.
- Administer and update employee information and personal files.
- Responsible for worker’s pass applications.
- Prepare manpower budget, handle recruitment and selection, on-boarding, resignation and exit clearance.
- Implement and administer leave records and work attendance.
- Handle employee benefits insurance and claims.
- Implement Group HR, Admin and Purchasing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, salary and benefits administrations.
- Conduct new staff Orientation program, organize training programs, manage attendance, evaluations and generate report.
- Handle staff welfare, grievance and counseling.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly reports for Medan Branch and Headquarter on related HR functions and HR operations matters.
- Handle procurement, register and control for company purchases.
- Handle general used equipment including procurement and maintenance.
- Handle administrative work of company vehicles including inspection, road tax renewal, insurance coverage, accident claims, summons and fleet cards.
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business Administration.
- Possess 5 years of relevant manager experience.
- Familiar with local employment laws and regulations.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Team player with good problem solving ability.
